Echange ou retour de marchandises
Si le produit est de bonne qualité, l'acheteur a le droit de résilier le contrat conclu à distance dans un délai de 14 jours à compter de sa conclusion.
Pour que ce droit de résiliation soit maintenu, le consommateur doit veiller à ce que le produit reste dans son état d'origine. Si le produit est détérioré ou endommagé sans que le consommateur soit responsable, ce dernier conserve son droit de résiliation. La diminution de valeur du produit due à son ouverture ou à sa mise en service ne prive pas le consommateur du droit de demander un remboursement.
Le produit ne sera pas accepté en retour si au moins l'un de ses composants est manquant:
- équipement complet ;
un reçu attestant l'achat - effectué sur la boutique en ligne;
- carte de garantie ;
- un rapport établi par le service technique décrivant le défaut constaté.
Le remboursement du montant correspondant aux produits sera effectué dans les délais prévus par la législation en vigueur.
